SANTA CRUZ, Calif.
— The boy’s grandma got a surprise delivery this week.
A baby boy named Santa.
The Santa package was delivered to the boy’s parents’ home in Santa Cruz, Calif., Friday.
The parents, Joanne and Jimmie Lee, said they are thrilled that Santa was a part of the delivery.
They have three children, ages 2, 6 and 10.
They were thrilled that the package was for the boys.
“They had a huge heart and a big heart for their boy,” Joanne Lee said.
A friend of the family sent a photo of Santa holding the baby and said it made her smile.
“He looked like a real boy, so we were all excited to see it,” said her son, Jeremy Lee.
“I think the whole world can see that, that’s why we put him in there.”
The family is hoping to give Santa some presents in the future.
In Santa Cruz’s case, it has been a long time coming.
Santa got a birthday present at the end of July.
The family said they were excited to get it for their son.
“It was just a big surprise,” Jimmie said.
“But when it came, it was a big gift.
Santa is so nice.
It’s a very special Santa.”
It’s been a little while since they’ve seen Santa.
They’ve been getting mail for about three weeks.
